Yesterday BobC delivered a new rack for us to use in our main demo room - double width and very beautiful I must say.
Anyway, since all the kit was moving, while I was on bacon and mushroom bap duties, Paul was moving all the kit and when installing on the new rack, he too the time to clean all contacts, put our best cables in and also install a soon to be announced brand new product from Wychwood Audionics (I shall leave that announcement to Paul)
The speakers have also been placed upon BobCs rather lovely Hush speaker platforms.
I was upstairs in the office by the time Paul was done and music came on, but the sounds soon brought me downstairs. Quite simply, the best we have heard the system (or indeed any system) playing in our front room.
Some of this would have been brought about by installing stuff which costs money, but cleaning the contacts etc costs nothing but a little time. Worth giving a go folks!
As always, if you want to pop by and hear what we have over at Purite North - you know where we are. It is sounding rather good if I do say so myself.
We also have a second system set up in a smaller second demo room and the Aego active sub and satellite speaker system set up in the office.
