After selling my amp to downsize my equipment i'm trying to decide what to do. My initial thought was to buy a cheaper amp and i spotted an Audio Analogue Fortissimo on eBay which seems a decent price and its a brand i've also fancied having a play with. It also has a built in DAC which means i could sell my DacMagic to free up some extra funds ontop of my Sugden.

Then however i've thought about using my DacMagic as a preamp to my little Project power amp. This would be good as it would use things i've currently got stuffed in a cupboard barely used meaning i'd get to use all the funds from the Sugden elsewhere. Downsides would be no new toy to play with.

Anyway i've looked around and it seems my Densen has a coaxial output which i could connect to the DacMagic. However it is stated as being a BNC output, i'm looking at the details of the DacMagic Plus and i can't see what kind of Coaxial it uses. Can i just buy any old coaxial cable and it should work or do i need a particular kind? Don't fancy spending £20 on a cable to test whether i'm happy with just the DacMagic to find it doesn't work.

The last question would be what would you guys do? I tend to find i don't listen to my hifi enough these days to justify having such an expensive setup. The intial plan was to sell the amp and speakers for around £3k (amp virtually sold) and then rebuy spending between £1k to £1.5k
