A musical gem of a amplifier by Glen Croft. These don’t come up too often.
An early 5C power amp which produces 30 watts, pulling out the best qualities of the musical E84 valves,
great bass and very, very fast.
Probably the best amp that Gen Croft ever made.
It uses a C core transformer noted for it’s superior sound quality.
Made it the 1990’s and at the time given a rave review in Hi Fi News, Although it was slated for it’s but ugly looks.
This one is green which I think is an early one as most where made in black.
If I wasn’t over-run with John Wood amps I’d be looking to snap this up at it’s present price.
