Really want to sell this so price dropped. Purchased on 1st November so 2 weeks old . I thought it would be interesting to play around with Windows but, as a Mac devotee, it isn't. So I've decided that this machine isn't for me. Unfortunately I bought it from the local Curry's and, unlike online sellers, once opened you can't return it. So if anyone is looking for a virtually brand new laptop at 33% off retail - here's one.
The spec is pretty impressive -
Intel 12th generation i7 1260P processor
16GB Memory
1TB SSD
13.4" OLED Ultra HD Touch display
Cost me £1799, looking for £1200. RMSD will be £20.00. Supplied with copy receipt.
Just checked and Warranty is transferable and valid until December 1st 2023

That retailer loves to not follow UK law, I would go and be persistent with them.
From gov.UK

When you do not have to offer a refund

You do not have to refund a customer if they:

  • knew an item was faulty when they bought it
  • damaged an item by trying to repair it themselves or getting someone else to do it (though they may still have the right to a repair, replacement or partial refund)
  • no longer want an item (for example because it’s the wrong size or colour) unless they bought it without seeing it
