SOLD Denafrips Pontus II DAC in Silver - mint

Decided to sell this thoroughly excellent DAC and try and save up for something silly after hearing a Chord Dave recently.

Built like gear at many times the price and a sound quality to match. Described as NOS R2R, but supposedly not quite a traditional R2R technology. A top DAC which I originally purchased as an upgrade to a Chord Qutest. Takes pretty much every digital connection going and has option to switch between NOS and OS mode on the fly.

Purchased as an ex-demo from Willow Tree Audio in April 2021 with full 3 year warranty, so just over a year old and nearly 2 years left (not checked if this is transferable but can). In perfect condition and all original packaging.

Looking for £1200 on a collection only basis (Melton Mowbray). Not keen to post, but might consider it at buyer's risk.

Someone will be very, very happy with a £1200 spend on this DAC. Very well regarded indeed.

Just a quick update as I've had a couple of queries about this today.

I am using the sale of this (and some other pieces of equipment) to fund a rather large upgrade. It seems I have now found a dealer who is offering essentially the same price I am advertising this for, as a trade-in.

I am of course more than happy to still sell to a wammer, but as the trade-in will effectively be zero hassle, this is now only available on a collection only basis within the next couple of weeks. Beyond 2 weeks, it wont be available any more as it will have been traded-in for new kit.
