I am now offering them for sale with no going back having heard a (very) much more costly alternative that offers some gains.
May I observe that reviews of the T+ without the Gaia probably get it about right: it is a very good DAC for the money? What no review that I have seen notes is that when used together the T+ and Gaia are a combination that pushes the very best in some ways, not just at the combined RRP, but at some considerable money beyond. That's my genuine excuse for the outbreak of audio-nervosa that led to the recent listing and then withdrawl.
I have owned these from new. They are around 18 months old and in utterly mint condition on the top and side surfaces, with some tiny pin-prick marks on the underside where I have used them with Quiescent couplers.
I have the original packaging.
Terminator Plus DAC is £6895 landed in the UK. I want £3,700 (reduced by £200 from my earlier listing).
Gaia DDC is £2080 landed in the UK. I want £1000.
Both prices are firm. I will not discount if they are bought as a pair.
