Denon DP 3000. Worth playing with?

As the title. Is it worth getting one for a vintage second system?

Yes. I had a slightly lesser model and was impressed. Would have kept it but for Sony TTS in the stable.

Most certainly.

I have one as a back-up to my DP-80 and it is a very capable TT.

I had a Denon DP 62L, which looked fabulous, but sounded merely OK.
I always suspected it was let down by its plinth which was basically a simple unbraced box.

Then I will have to source a 240-100V transformer! At a reasonable price, of course; I have 2A variac for temporary duties.
