Hi everyone
Just getting my computer audio project going - thanks for all of the advice given on the board so far btw.
Noticed that I have an e-sata port on the computer (data transfer likely to be v fast), as well as USBs (they will be 2 and not 3), I need to buy some external storage so will there be any noticeable advantage in searching out an external drive capable of connecting via e-sata?
The computer will be dedicated to computer audio and will have no other purpose.
Your advice and thoughts would be most appreciated.
For example found this - http://www.ebuyer.com/271704-freecom-2tb-quattro-3-0-hard-drive-f56067
and this - http://www.ebuyer.com/384253-seagate-2tb-expansion-desktop-drive-stbv2000200
Big price difference but any benefits?
Cheers and thanks as always
