feet for rega planer 3 turntable.

years ago I exchanged my rubber feet for russ Andrews oak cone feet. did I do the wrong thing. I have lost the original feet so cannot try them again. anyone have any advice. I super glued the cones over the screw holes where the feet were.

Probably sounds a bit hard and wooden now, going back to rubber will give the music more bounce
