Looks like this won't work for me & its I2S/USB only which isn't a good fit for me unfortunately. I also need summat that is plug 'n play for USB audio with pre installed audio drivers in linux as installing the necessary drivers involves buggering about with the Synologys CLI*(command line interface). The Cakewalk UA-1G does this just fine & is working brilliantly as a USB/SPdif converter so I may well stick with this for the time being.All products from Firestone Audio (except ILTW) are working with the Native drivers that are standard available in every Windows, Linux and Apple operating system. Just plug in the USB connector in you PC and it must be automatically recognized by your PC and work immediately.
