HiFi Trade?
  1. No
The person that I love beyond logical understanding has intimated to me that she might quite like a pair of wireless headphones to use when she is 'pottering about'.
I have a Yamaha YSP-2700, an IOATAVX SA 3 and a PC running win 10. I'm thinking of buying a Zen DAC v2.
I almost went ahead today and bought a pair of Grado GW100's and then someone gave a link for a pair of Sony XM10003's for the same price and a half hour later decide to dangle the Sony XB910n's in front of me for less money.
Can somebody just tell me which ones to buy and why please.

Not sure this will help, but some thoughts: I have Grado (not wireless) and I like them. The only problem for me is that they are open and thus leaking sound to everyone. Maybe OK when pottering about but definitely not on the bus in my opinion. I’ve tried the Sony XM1000 and it’s a nice headphone but I went for Sennheiser Momentum 3 because I liked the sound in those better. The Sony XM1000 is definitely better to handle and less quirky than the Sennheiser but I opted for sound.

Yeah, the leaky nature isn't really a consideration. I'm all for sound first too. I am completely ignorant when it comes to Bluetooth codecs. I've since looked at the Momentum's too. For some reason I am just drawn toward the Grado's I don't really know why, from a practical point of view they are probably the least sensible but they do sound good over Bluetooth.
