He's after a full width (430 cm) in black. Lookinf for something like a Pioneer or Technics ...

Is he looking for 1/3 octave or 2/3 etc? I've got several EQ's here, the best one is unfortunately bright purple, Klark Teknik - more for a pro studio.. Let me know

I did have the same conversation with him the other day.

I asked him to keep an eye on eBay and other outlets.

He nearly bought a marantz one but 2 sliders weren't working. That was £70.
He passed, following a demo.

They generally stopped making EQ's for us domestic audiophiles a while back really. There's very little about now other than old used ones, and these often are selling for much more than they should, probably because of that fact.

You don't see many around for under 100 pound. In fact, they seem to sell for way more, the decent ones. I do semi look sometimes. Personally, I do any EQ'ing in the digital front end now, so don't really need one at all, but if there's multiple seperate units he wants to EQ, then it's what he may need. Good luck finding one for 80 quid tho.
