Unsolicited bump from a happy customer. Telephone definitely seems the preferred method of communication though. Once dialogue established, simple swift and precise transaction resulting in a black beauty ARC D115 being delivered on a mini pallet to ensure safe arrival. Well traveled box but inside not a square inch was left unpacked with foam or polystyrene. Under the valve cage were 15 separate pieces of foam protecting the valves. Two were a mere fraction out of their seats but otherwise plug and play. Would happily deal with them again.

Huge soundstage and seismic bass at low volumes to compliment the room/speakers. Maybe even too much for other speakers/room combo's.
