I purchased an 'upgrade' for £5 which seemed to tell me on your page that I'd get less adverts and other things. I didn't see any mention of a '30 day grace period waiver' which I don't need as I've been a member for over a year and in any case don't use the classifieds nor ever will.
The 'upgrades' for what I purchased has conveniently disappeared as soon as I 'upgraded'. I didn't take a screenshot as evidence as I didn't think it would conveniently disappear.
Summary:
I don't need the 'grace period', so this 'upgrade' is not required.
Please reinstate my previous state and REFUND the money to my card.
I believe in supporting useful forums, and for Linn products, yours is the best forum for Linn since Linn closed theirs.
I will consider paying the yearly fee to help you continue, but first please refund my £5 which gave me nothing useful I seem to remember you listed.
