I have been buying more vinyl lately

I live in Huddersfield, unfortunately, but some months ago I found a new cafe had opened on the high-street.

It is called 'The Turntable Coffee & Vinyl' & at the rear of the cafe is a selection of new & used vinyl, all of which IMHO is reasonably priced.

This is where I have been buying my vinyl lately, either ordering online & collecting at the cafe, or going into the cafe for a pot of tea & browsing through their stock.

Anyway I can recommend this cafe & even more so the vinyl part.

Had a look at the link it sounds very interesting I might join their forum and buy some tunes off them to support a new music venture.

This is something Anthony (my son) & I had wanted to do vinyl shop & proper coffee shop area but me getting ill scuppered it really.

What a great idea
While me and my bro was working in London we used to call in a pub on the way back from work and there was a technics TT on the bar and people could take in their vinyl to play .. there was an old black gentleman who was always putting his jazz / blues records on and getting up and boogieing. Was a lovely friendly pub .. not like most I’ve been in round London ..
