Question Inserting Thumbnail Photos

Not sure if it's just me, but I've noticed that attempts to insert a thumbnail photo into a post doesn't seem to work any more. Instead, it just inserts the full size image, irrespective of whether you click on 'thumbnail' or 'full image'.

Is it just me?
