Is my CD faulty ?

As above ? , I normally play vinyl , Thought I would give the modern CD ( Compromised disc ) a try

Listened to side one , OK ish , Turned it over for side 2 and nothing , Tried several time , It won't play , Any ideas ?

Try it in one of the Pioneer stable platter players. 701 or similar.

Clue: you can get more than twice as much as both sides of an LP onto one side of a CD. When was the last time you had to turf the cat off your lap? I'm sure that's why CDs were invented.

I sold a few cd players like that, i think peeps who listen to cds get bored quickly and never get to turning the cd over. I speak from experience here.

I think you need to smear it with jam, stand on it, and then clean it off. Should be fine after that.

When you play side 2, you leave the CD as it is, but turn the whole cd player over I believe.

I did start to use streaming, but didn't like having to use a screen for browsing. I did contact Spotify support and ask for a printed copy of the music library, but it hasn't arrived yet. Probably stuck in the bank holiday backlog!
