I'm still having trouble with my iPad trying to find the rooms (KDS in one and Sneaky in another) .. I can turn the wifi on and off, re-install the software etc , and it does randomly connect, but it's a real pain.
My android phone, however, goes straight in every time.
Was there a solution eventually? thanks

But more seriously have you tried the Linn app rather than Kazoo (I haven't re-read the whole thread so don't know what you use). I am not saying either are better at connecting but at least you have two goes. Note BOTH are now available for Android (Linn app is an early preview version but works well). In my experience turning wifi on/off won't help but turning Linn streamer on/off will (might). I use home plugs (ethernet over power lines) for convenience and occasionally (once every few months) have to reboot them. I don't think there is a single thing that will solve everyones problems so it might be worth trying all the suggestions in this thread if you haven't already...

Not sure it will help here but a while ago I couldn't see my DS on Kazoo (Android) and I downloaded the latest version and it worked. Strangely I have 2 Kazoo links, it didn't just update the old one, so I was initially confused but as long as I use the new icon it works fine every time.
thanks all .. I think I've tried everything, it's just a pain .. the android app works well, the iPad has to be coaxed into life every time. I hate apple, and this isn't helping

This solution has ALWAYS worked for me on IPhone. Have both the Linn + Kazoo App, choose one to open. If you get the spinning wheel/waiting for room just go to the other App and start it, 100% of the time it connects and you are ready to go. Interestingly, if you go back to the other App it will be fixed and that will connect now also. This might just be my internet/my phone but it has never failed in 5 years+ to connect within 15 seconds.
I have been using Kazoo on my iPad without any issues whatsoever. All of my connections are wireless.
No problems with Kinsky, Kazoo and Linn App on iPhone XS and iPad Pro (both on iOS 16.3).
Just want to share that there is no problem with the app itself.good for you

You have to log into your Linn Account and also log into your Tidal, Qobuz or Spotify, but you have maby already done that, after downloading the Linn Kazzo app on iphone, mac ?I downloaded Linn App, same thing, just says 'Waiting for Room' on iPhone app, nothing.
Linn app since the last update has been unflappable for me, I also use the Lumin app which is an easy use and rarely has problems ...imho never really used Kazoo as it was always waiting for rooms
