I have been using this preamp together with a valve buffer amp with excellent results, however, I now need funds for a new project and so this and a number of other items are being listed for sale.
The preamp is in excellent cosmetic and operational condition and looks very smart with its brushed aluminium faceplate and wooden side cheeks. It is complete with a quality metal remote which has excellent reach and controls volume, mute, stand-by and can adjust the brightness or turn off the LED dot matrix display completely. The 64 step volume control allows fine adjustment of volume and works very smoothly by way of a quiet electrically operated relay system.
This one features 15k vishay input resistors and a single pair of RCA inputs with two pairs of RCA outputs. The preamp is solidly constructed and quite weighty and the power supply which only controls volume and display functions is equipped with two lengthy captive cables with mains plug at one end and a mini XLR connector with a threaded fixing ring for the preamp at the other.
I do not have the original box but it will be well packed for delivery or can be collected from Ipswich, Suffolk.
