Thanks Dave, I am erring on the side of caution with postage prices.

The high international price does encourage them to get in touch before bidding

Fuck Hermes - usless cunts not to be trusted with organising a shag in a brothel, let alone your precious goods!

everyone has their own stories to tell about couriers

hermes deliver and collect at my place almost daily as well as UPS

in 3 years never had 1 problem with either

Hermes are useless. They recently left a laptop shoved behind my bin with the driver signing as 'delivered' . I would certainly not use them again.

It's simply a case of using one's grey matter, UPS delivery anything of mine that is fragile or potentially problematic based on me using couriers for nearly 20 years, hermes are cheap and take 2-5 days to deliver so if I sold something that I make knack all on I use them to deliver that

Won't change until they f..k up which they have not yet

My choice with this will be RMSD, 1-2 KG is £11. Next day, and insured to £500.

Anything heavier, I use UPS via Interparcel including international. Recently sent a HiCap to Singapore collected Friday, delivered Monday.

Despite the higher costs, I've found them reliable. With eBay biased towards the buyer, I try to make myself as little agro as possible.

I have a bin outside my house that I put cig ends in as I smoke. Hermes put a signed-for parcel, unsigned, in the bin!!! No note etc, just randomly found it one day!

How much are you actually looking for for them? Are the terminations the same as banana plugs?

Reminds me of the time I had a courier jam a parcel(supposed to be signed for) into a hedge out the front of my property - again no note or anything. It snowed later that day quite heavily so the parcel wasnt found until several weeks later when the snow cleared. By which time I had of course already received a replacement for the one that didnt turn up intitially.

I was going to buy something that wasn't considered precious from MCRU but seeing as how he uses Hermes I'd rather not bother in anticipation of them being useless twats who use an even more useless part time twat on my area to deliver.

These are my old cables. Work great too. But I needed a tonearm more, so off they went to Mark's. It would be nice if they could stay in the 'wam, and I can offer a pair of 4tc to anyone wishing to biwire at a special 'wam price if they buy these.
