Klipschorn - any good?

On the search for some new speakers and although heard of Klipsch's ive never really taken much interest. As im running out of options to listen to, whats the wam's collective assessment of these? In particular the AK5's : mutts nuts or just dog doo?

There are a pair of Klipsch La Scala's on Pink Fish in your neck of the woods ,one size down from Klipschhorns but very big all the same,these may give you some idea if the Klipsch sound is for you.

Do the PFM Klipsch belong to 'Elephantears' , if they do the seller is in your neck of the woods.

The Lacewood finish on my H 3's is quite attractive,unlike the stained birch ply or black ones I have had.
