May I know which speakers you are using please. I've used high powered tubes in the past like KT88 and KT120's. And atleast to my years they sounded more like the class A power amps I've previously had. So in summation, I would stick with class A, and get rid of the tube replacement and biasing ritual, if I needed lots of power. But how much will depend on your speakers and your room size sir.Then this could be it...

Fair enough, I get it. I shouldn't imagine the tube life is going to be terribly good, running them that "hot". My Primalunas were the opposite end of the scale, getting around 85W per channel from a quad of KT120s in ultralinear mode so not stressing them too much. I suppose if you're dropping that sort of money on an amp, an annual octet of output valves is likely to be pocket changeI was just posting to show its power not the review.
