Looking at his other items that are of high value/rare and the fact that some are watches and he is an audio dealer has me suspicious.

If he's legit then fair enough but looked like another hacked account such has been seen a lot lately...

Hacked accounts tend to have "contact me at such and such an e-mail"... to avoid messages going to the hackee and alerting him. Also, why would a hacker price it so high? Hardly gonna get greedy people interested that way.

I spoke to him a few months ago regarding home demo of some SF gear, he was selling at the time. As I was in Bulgaria then Nick offered to bring it to my place and set it up for me, while honestly telling me that the speakers in question will probably need way more power. In any case he offered to leave them with me for a demo! But them for some people here honesty depends on your ZIP, not on who and what you are... Talk about prejudice on the Wam...

purchased a theta miles cd player from the same guy perfect transaction , curious to know as I use eBay fairly often and normally have no issues buying and selling abroad why and what looked so suspicious that made those think the listing was a scam ?

There's one for sale in the States for $28k, so as Bulgaria is in the EEC, there will be no import tax or VAT, not much in it price wise I guess.

If I was looking for a pre (and I'm not....... fortunately ) I couldn't think of anything better to bankrupt myself for :nuts:
