F1, I mean wtf. It's the sort of plate only Bernie Ecclestone could get away with. What use is it to anyone else? I bet even Bernie would say no unless it was £50k. Like BP says, to be able to turn down £6m just so you can have that on your car. :nup:

If he's in a position to turn down six mil, then good luck to him. It's obviously not a significant amount in his position.

Me? I'd find it hard to refuse six quid, but my circumstances are apparently somewhat different.

Well, if you could just stop being so 'unreasonable' :D

I was only thinking about this sort of thing a couple of weeks ago.

I wonder if you could lease out a plate like this for a period of say 12 months, thus protecting your investement. You may have to lease out the car of choice for the customer/mug that goes with it.

A1 is probably worth the most money.

Sounds like a made up story to me; no sources quoted other than the owner of the number plate trying to big-up the price

Is this the guy that started "Khan Design" and pimped your supercar/chelsea tractor? Hideous IMHO

Who would of thought there is so much money in selling bling and spinners!

Yes owned by Mr Khan

Makes you sick doesn't it. Essex chav look, for the 'more money than sense' brigade..............doesn't compute

In the petrolhead circles 'looks like its been Khan'd' is an insult. Still - can't begrudge him he's made a successful business out of parting huge amounts of cash from drug dealers and football players.

I can offer LM04 YLJ.

If your name is Lmoa Ylj, this is an opportunity you will never see the like of again.

Used notes in small denominations please.

Don't miss the chance of this once in a lifetime opportunity.

For someone who has/had three Veyrons at one point, I guess £6m isn't a big deal, fair play to him to be able to turn it down.

Quite a down to earth bloke from Bradford when you hear him speak, he's quite savvy, I doubt he's keeping it for anything other than making a tidy profit off it, obviously he thinks it's worth more.

Private plates are for tossers. What on earth are you trying to prove?

On another note although related to this thread I make the parable.

Does anyone else not think that Bernie Ecclestone has a bit of the Jimmy Savilles about him?

X.
