Having bought another DAC (Heed Dactilous) my Meridian's for sale. There isn't much difference in SQ, the Heed may be uncovering a tad more detail at the expense of 'nice'
More important to me at the moment, its a quarter of the size, and I can remove a shelf.
The Meridian can be used as a full function pre, with volume control and loads of inputs. I've been using it as a stand alone fixed output dac, so its a bit wasted really.
