My Paw? I think most people called it the "Paddle"remote. "Pegged it"? - no longer works / dead/ deceased etc etc.
This is not the first time this fate has befallen one my Paws, my last one passed away a few years back - they evidently live no longer than your average terrier. However, unlike deceased furry friends, perhaps there's just a chance that it can be revived?
The first signs of failure were obvious, but this was initially fixed by replacing the batteries. Just 24hrs later - same behaviour (remote dead). On checking the batteries they were way down on volts. Now, when I replace the batts, one of the LEDs flashes for maybe 10s then zippo. I very much doubt it's fixable but... you never know. Please advise if you know how to ressurect this piece of kit. For me at least, it's been the only remote whose build quality reflects the fact that it's meant to control a seriously expensive component ;- )
I'm not holding my breath !!
