New Who album out today

I'm quite prepared for it to be rubbish, but I'm gonna buy it anyway.

The thing is Miller that i always say never trust the reviews even especially the 4 and 5 star ones . But in saying that the times reviewers are pretty spot on most of the time.

Not sure about that, I dont like Dan Cairns, and he's the one that reviewed The Who's album.

It seems to me that Pete is doing the majority of the singing.

First 9 tracks are not typical Who, but when the mini opera kicks of its very Who like.

I played this via headphones last Sunday and was genuinely pleased with most of it.

When I have played bits of it via loudspeakers since, I have not been so impressed.

Not sure what to make of this CD.

I want to like it and if it hadn't have been the Who I would have chucked it by now, it is a grower though, and several tracks are becoming quite good.

I'll give it a couple more days.

Just when I might be on the verge of saying no, I find myself not being able to get one of the songs out of my head.

I've got a feeling its going to just keep on getting better & better, maybe its turned the corner?
