No Organik Upgrade For Akubariks?

Yes, it is unfortunate there is no upgrade to Organik for my Akubariks

As I will not be able to upgrade my Akubariks to Organik, there is no point for me to upgrade my Akurate Exaktbox 6 or Akurate Exaktbox I to Organik, if that becomes an option. Then my Linn surround system would become unbalanced, with an Organik centre and rear channels, but no Organik Akubariks.

I guess we will see where Linn goes from here, with the 50th anniversary next year. Rumours of new speakers, amps and other things Linn…..

A screwdriver, soldering iron, 2x Klimax Exaktboxes and 10x solos and a return flight from the UK will solve this problem. Not sure where you'll find room to sit though...

There have been comments from Linn since the new Selekt was released that there will be an Organik upgrade for Exakt Akubarik.

From what I've heard the words used are "might be", a distinctly different statement from "will be".

At a demo today at Hidden System in Ascot, Gordon Inch (Linn), said that that Organik will be available for the Akubariks.
He said from the work that was done on Organik for Selekt Linn realised that it would be possible to fit Organik into an Exakt Akubarik.
He would not be drawn on timescale nor on cost.
I don't have Akubariks - but for those that do, I guess this is good news
