I've been 'powering down' for 6 or 7 yrs now. I can strongly recommend it.

Just noticed that this listing is finishing in 2 hours. There are 12 bids from 8 bidders. The current highest bid is £1507. Perhaps he has 7 mates bidding and 1 genuine bidder who has lost his mind? Why would anyone pay £1500 or more for these speakers? They look terrible and probably sound worse.

The thing with eBay is that bidders get it into their heads that they want to have it, and they're going to beat anyone who gets in their way. Like gambling, it all starts to get unreal.
