I say repair, it seems I have pulled the fluid draining tube to far and it has become detached inside the machine.

Does anybody know how is the best way to open one of these up, removed the four top bolts and nothing is moving.

The bottom comes off.
I have put the four top bolts back and removed the four bottom bolts, without putting a screwdriver in the small gap around the the base and using as a lever which is going to bend the chassis I see no other way to remove the base.

Just had a go at it and there is something still holding the base in place, there are two other small screws in the base, bit loath to remove these becuase I do not actually know what is behind the base and are they holding something else in place other than the base plate.

Four main bolts removed, see the two small screws near the centre, I assume they are holding it.
