Does anyone know what the shiny stretchy cloth used on Tukans and Keilidhs is, or where I can get some? Used to be able to buy replacements from Linn but they no longer do them. A guy on eBay does them but it's not the same cloth.

Might be worth you also asking this question in the Linn owners forum on here.

Thanks, but I figured they all probably read this forum as well and also any ex-owners who may not frequent the Linn forum would see the question.

Nope, 98% of the Linnies stick to their own little corner, though a few have been deprogrammed. They don't want their Linn brand coolade polluted by the real world or equipment without a K in its name. 😂😂

Try Falcon Acoustics. It's not the same cloth but it's acoustically transparent so it should be good.

I was particularly trying to find the same shiny stretch cloth of the originals. It has to have stretch because of the method of baffle attachment. In desperation, I looked at various "hosiery" items but they were too transparent. Is this a symptom of Linnfomania? Should I see someone about it?

Wrote to Linn (not expecting them to tell me, but they did).

It's Lycra 34,234 BLACK. Is there anyone from the cloth trade , or other who knows what that means or where to get it? I've searched around but can't find it.
