This is not a scam and PCP's are covered by the 1974 Consumer Credit Act. You put in a minimal deposit with am option to buy the car at an agreed value in 3 or 4 yrs time .his led to mentioning PSPs, which if you look into the financial model of “car ownership” is in my view an utter scam….
