The givaway is the "click here for buy it now" bit, which is an image, not text. If you look at the seller's roller skate ads, you'll see the difference. The username is legit, but has been hacked.

It looks like it's been taken down. Sometimes contacting the "seller" through eBay is a good solution, as the real username owner will probably get the email and can either get eBay to pull the listings or do it themselves. The scammers deliberately set the auction time short for these things as it can take eBay's reporting system a while to sort it out.
