This arrives in my mail about twice a week . Got my brain ticking over. Hope this Does not sound to Daft.

question: do you need your TV turned on to use this?

it looks like a short throw projector.

Surely it would replace your TV, but you would of course need sources, freeview receiver (or maybe that is built in) cable box or sky box or some other means of receiving.

i would imagine the answer to your question is "no" as you wouldnt have a TV

The box would have to have a TV tuner inside to put up menu silly me . You need the TV to see them. They are not showing the plumbing are they like in all these adverts you need HDMI and optical leads at £3,499 I will not be ordering one for each room

no it wouldn't you could use a cable box like we do from Virgin Media, or a Satellite thing from Sky or something via broadband like BT.

If you specifically wanted Freeview then yes you would need an external Freeview tuner, if the projector box didnt contain one.

For me, all the cables would go down the back into or behind the cupboard
