Question Quadraspire QPlus supports

Hi,
I need some advice, please!

I have bought a Quadraspire SVT (5 natural bamboo shelves, one 180mm support and four 140mm), assembled it and moved all my kit onto it yesterday evening!

I’m now enjoying a much improved sound separation and wider sound stage!

Would there be any benefits in getting additional QPlus supports to use under my kit on the SVT?
If so, which product(s), QPlus Evo, QPlus Advanced or QPlus Reference, would you recommend?

If purchased from a dealer, ask him which he would suggest, ask for a loan and report back on here. If purchased 2nd hand, no reason you cannot do the same with a dealer near you.

I used the reference under my equipment which sat on a standard Q4 rack.
There was a difference in the presentation, a settling and calmness.
Very difficult to explain. Unfortunately I was skint so had to sell them.
Ask a dealer for a loan.

I’d wait a while first, because changing more than one ‘thing’ at a time only leads to confusion, ime. Enjoy the benefits of your new rack for a while. Then if the itch still needs scratching, buy used or borrow as already suggested.

Quadraspire used to make a bamboo ‘Soundstage’, specifically for turntables. Aside from Torlyte, a Russ Andrews speciality, that might work best under your Rega - it being a low-mass, unsprung design.
