Anyone know which end has the shield connected at , there is a V on one end of the cables , phil.

is it a V or an arrow showing current flow direction?

When I bought some Reference Mercury interconnects Paul included the following info: "These are directional - connect both with 'RFC Mercury' heatshrink sleeve label wording following same direction. Overall floating shield connected at start point of writing on label (ie 1st 'RFC' emblem at one end). Connect this at lowest impedance source. If in doubt, connect this end to pre-amplifier".

yes its a V and it is for shield indication , just cant remember
