Rega Planar 25 (P25) in maple

I bought this deck a couple of weeks ago from the other place but have decided to go in a different direction. I've copied the original advert and reduced the price.

This Planar 25 is in very good working and cosmetic order, there's one tiny nibble on the Maple surround (on the inside of the rear edge) and I rate the overall condition to be 8/10 including the lid. It has the Rega 100g Tungsten counterweight. It comes with the original power wall-wart but is compatible with the TT-PSU or Neo with no modifications. It is also has the holes for 3-point mounting arms as well as single-hole arms like the RB600.

It's had a few upgrades under my ownership:

• Upper brace (Stag-Audio)
• Rega 24v motor upgrade fitted
• Improved feet (like the P7 and P9) from Iceni Audio
• The RB600 went to Audio Origami in March this year for an internal re-wire with Cardas 33 and new Cardas Tags (£112)

I have the original packaging which is in good order. I will include an Audio-Technica AT-VM95E cartridge which is almost unused (and boxed) but needs new stylus (£24).

If I didn't have too many decks already I would snap this up. I always thought the wood surround did wonders for the Rega ranges' look. Good luck with selling it.
