I've decided to let my stunning Plinius class A power amp go to a new home. 

This is the Mk3 version with twin massive torroids.

This monster has 30A current delivery and easily drove my Magnepan 20.1 which are extremely difficult speakers to drive.

The Mk2 can be found reviewed here. This is a pure class A amp, although you can also run is class A/B in the summer. It gets very hot in class A mode! The unit also runs completely silent. 

Like any high-end class A power amp, you get thunderous bass mated to a valve smooth mid/top end. If you have never owned top-fligt class A power amp, now is your chance!

The amp was serviced in April 2020 by Deco Audio who replaced x14 7w resistors. It has a clean bill of health and is in perfect working order. I can forward the email with proof of work. 

100-WATTS RMS PER CHANNEL INTO 8 OHMS.

200-WATTS RMS PER CHANNEL INTO 4 OHMS.

This weighs 32Kg so collection only from Saffron Walden. You can also arrange for a courier to collect as I can now pack it into a box for you.

There are two tiny marks on the front, which is impossible to see unless sitting 30cm from the unit...!

this is up to 19 watchers on eBay already @ £2200 so I recommend anyone interested be quick. I'm not in a hurry to sell, but it is sitting on my rack looking bored and needs a new home!

Plinius amps very rarely come up at this price. You would need to spend around £4k to better this with a current class A from Plinius, Bryston or Krell
