Sonneteer Orton - which model

Found out today from a Sonneteer owner and fan that the latest model of the Sonneteer Orton integrated amp is the Model/Version 3.

Anyone knows of any difference in sound or performance of the latest Model 3 vs. earlier models?

I am seriously considering procuring a used Orton - so curious about which model to look out for.
