Quite easily, you don't need to give a reason to return the item

TBF 7 days under DSR can be used instead of the sellers "offered" return terms

Saw this last night and thought it was a bit rich considering no remote and faulty!

Problem with the balance could be as simple as someone has took the knob off and not centred it properly when they put it back on.
