Was very impressed with my standard Globe 300B's - though I do think they are just rebranded (maybe cherry picked?) TJ Full Music 300B/n. Not sure if the top of the range Royal Princess is bespoke to Sophia.

Having said that by dealing direct with Sophia in America I landed them cheaper than I would have been able to get TJ's from China/Hong Kong. A matched Quad delivered (including VAT + Customs) cost me under £400.

Yep direct the way to go, nearly bought a sophia amp more that twice lovely looking things that review well.

you can get a pair of mesh plates for around $400. Year warranty good too.
