Sounding sublime to my ears now

After swapping out the 2M blue from my project 2xp onto the Sony psx600 I wasn't happy. No sound stage, light, no bass and just awful.
After visiting the WAM show I found some much needed inspiration and decided to sort out my Hifi. I've now have re-aligned the cart, dialled in a little more VTL, re-positioned the speakers (slightly wider and toe-in by about 10°) and WOW WOW WOW, It's a new system.
Considering its a vintage system with the newest piece being 40 years old it sounds marvelous again.

And best of all, it's cost you nothing except your time. Even if that goes against the grain of the Wam ethos - "spending other people's money like water"
