Sorry if I held things up for anyone, only just spotted this thread when looking to let you know John that our delivery arrived safely this morning, my wife knew what it was without even needing to open the packaging so she said - smelt wonderful so really looking forward to getting back and cooking up a storm. Any unusual extra ingredients likely to be needed John as we completely failed trying to find Galangal in France.
