Squeezebox problem

Just rearranged system and squeezebox sounds like when you tuning between FM stations with no music coming through just static.

Have tried other sockets and changed cable but no music.

Display is working fine.

Vinyl is working fine.

Is it fooked?

Have you accidentally logged in /out of the Squeezecentre server?

Restart the server, and try a factory reset on the SB3, maybe a Xilinx too: http://wiki.slimdevices.com/index.php/Special_IR_Keys_on_Reboot_for_Factory_Reset_and_Last_FW

Then maybe reinstall the server software.

Wouldn't have thought so.

All tracks are showing and vu metres moving on pressing play.

Just kept finger on the brightness button for a few secs and it has just installed update/firmware and now is working fine. :^

Sounds like the FLAC decoder got itself into a tiz. It happens very very occasionally.

Been very lucky with it.

6 years use and no real problems.
