Last weekend my 2250 amplifier gave up the ghost for the third time and I decided to replace it instead of repairing it. Checking on different trade sites I found a mint condition Chakra C2200 amplifier, pulled the trigger, and it got delivered earlier today. Quickly connected it to my Exakt system and was astounded at how good it sounds! Maybe the 2250 was already showing its age.
Anyway, had to shut it down early since there is a hurricane coming this way. Hopefully I have power on Monday so I can enjoy my system again!!!
Rest of the system is an Akurate Exakt DSM, Akurate Exaktbox/6 Katalyst, and a AV5125 amplifier driving a pair of AV5140s.
