Used to have a pair of these up to last year - now being very happily used by another Wammer.

Very fine, high sensitivity speakers, with very deep bass capablility and excellent transients.

Nice... I wonder how they would partner with SET amplification of 8W and upwards?

I would say good. I drove a pair with a otto se with good results. They are great speakers buit not many folks even heard of them so are put off. They are well worth a listen esp with valves.
