What might these fetch?

They are extremely heavy and the buyer must have a second person to help him carry the speakers. We are on the 3rd floor with no lift.

Classic Townshend, if in doubt fill it with plaster of Paris till no one can lift it. Worked on his speakers and decks for years.

I had a pair of Glastonburys, epic fail with a KT88 valve amp I had, the tweeters were working ok but there was barely a whisper out of the woofers. Cheapo SS unit from the back of the cupboard brought them to life and in the end they were bloody good. Not a one-man lift though for anything other than tweaking room placement.

Some speakers need welly, I guess. My TJL's are NOT valve friendly. And at 50kg's a piece, were an arse to get upstairs. Had to take them one at a time :(

That's why they had handle indents built in? Certainly an inert cabinet! I loved mine (seem to recall you nearly bought mine, Tom?)

My current TV speakers are even heavier, but have handles AND wheels! (Leak 3090s)
