I imagine the acoustics of a skip depend on which skip you go for - paper, metal or garden waste. But a graphic equaliser like that could cope with any skip you threw at it. Err, it in. Err.

The amp might be interesting, and Elvins speakers aren't bad. The vinyl is likely to be the most valuable part.

Whatever we might think, it represents someones lifetime interested in our hobby. As Graham suggests, the vinyl may be the most interesting part of the equation but I would also suggest that however bizarre the rest seems, it probably does what it was intended for very well.
