I can only help with one of those things at the moment but I am looking out for the other two and when I find them I'll let you know. After reviewing them thoroughly for you.
But now that I have your attention, this really could be of genuine importance to you.
So far every enquiry (with the exception of one unrelated to HiFi) I've had from wammers has been from people who love their HiFi and want it to be transported by someone who is conscious of its value and prepared to treat it with commensurate respect. Nobody has been time-critical about their collection or delivery. In fact, no-one has even been date-critical so far.
So here's a thought. Co-load with each other. You could announce on a dedicated thread that you want to send your amp, say, from Preston to London: does anyone want to share courier cost? If someone else has a CD player from Birmingham to London you might agree a 60:40 split. It would be easy to PM each other then ask me for a quote when you've agreed on something.
Price hypothesis. Kendal to Heathrow is 260 miles, I currently charge £220 + vat for a small van. Extra stops are £10 each plus the additional mileage. So, for example, Kendal to Uxbridge combined with Warrington to Chelsea (280 miles in total) would be £130 (plus VAT) each. That shortens the M6 quite a bit.
Not such a radical idea really. Load consolidation is nearly as old as the wheel; it's standard practice with Removal companies and Haulage contractors.
