We’ve paid a substantial deposit and cancellation insurance is about to be paid. So yes.
Next will be the bench list being opened.

Sorry my post was a joke and never needed a serious answer I know and have followed very closely the work so was never in doubt , hence just asking for friend . Next milestone for me is being told how much it will cost and paying it as soon as possible both to ensure my place (if I am lucky enough to have one allocated) and to defray the costs laid out in advance by the site .

You should all know me by now and not worry too much about some of the things I say .

As all twin rooms at the venue hotel are already fully booked, does the WAM get a concession for bookings made for the show weekend at the nearby IBIS hotel and if so how do we go about booking a room; alternatively if not can a link to the hotel booking form be posted at the beginning of this thread so it is easy for all to find. Trust me it’s enough dealing with one new hotel slowly educating them, you maybe shocked to learn that they don‘t always listen!!

How is the IBIS hotel linked in any way? Why would they give a fu... concession?

We have no connection with the Ibis and have no intention of trying to make one . Its enough telling one hotel what we need .

I think my post has been somewhat misunderstood, I wasn't looking for a WAM negotiated discount, but rather questioning if the WAM might be able to receive a funding donation by providing a recommendation through a booking link to the nearby hotel.
